1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: You can return the items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized or personalized stationery items, clearance items, and any other products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.
- Return Process:

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process as described above. We will send you a replacement product after receiving the returned item.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Cancellation Process: Send an email to info@kingsstationery.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product following our standard return policy once it arrives.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide photos or a description of the damage to help us assess the issue and process your return or exchange quickly.
- Refund for Defective Products: In cases where a product is found to be defective, we will refund you in full, including the cost of return shipping.
5. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If you paid via Razorpay, the refund will be processed through the Razorpay gateway.
- Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
